NCO Mission and Values

Mission		NCO is committed to supporting and enriching the lives of individuals and families in the community.
Vision Statement		NCO will enrich the lives and relationships of youth and families through education and innovative, effective programs. These programs will serve individual and family needs as identified by the community.
Goals		To develop and maintain quality, accessible, and affordable programs of intervention, prevention, and education that aid and support the community, family, and individual. To work cooperatively within the community, encouraging individual growth, program development, and social change. To meet the overall needs and requirements of the organization by promoting financial stability through general fundraising.
